What are Wunderkeys Preschool Piano Lessons?
WunderKeys is a one-on-one piano lesson program, designed especially for preschoolers. Kids learn to play the piano with cute and memorable characters characters they love!
We explore math, counting, and musical concepts through story-based method books. Students play games and do fun activities to reinforce these concepts. Preschoolers have so much fun, they don’t even know how much they’re learning!
What do kids do in a preschool piano lesson?
During the 30 minute preeschool piano lesson, students will go through 5 different activities: a rhythm rhyme poem, exploration activities, a piano duet, a math page and a music game. Kids at this age love structure, which is why this method works so well. But because all of these activities are so fun, preschoolers stay engaged the entire lesson!
When preschoolers are done with the Wunderkeys method books, they can play simple songs and understand basic musical concepts. They have built up their math and pattern recognition skills and hand eye coordination. Most importantly, though, after their preeschool piano lessons they have learned that music is a fun and creative activity that will hopefully stay with them for the rest of their lives.
